Salt Scrub

Body Treatment
Body Treatments are a wonderful way of removing impurities from the skin and nourishing with nutritious clays or muds.
This service begins in a relaxing foot soak, as you select which aroma and masque is right for you the stresses of daily stressors slowly melt as you shift deeper inward. You will then receive a dry brushing, invigorating the body, we stimulate circulation, brushing away dead skin cells your skin and your senses open to receive the masque ~ once covered your practitioner will wrap you in a warming cocoon as your masque drys and absorbs into your skin receive the benefits of aromatherapy infused face and scalp massage with therapeutic grade essential oils.
Your practitioner will remove the masque using hot steam towels ending with a moisture application infusion of your choice.

A series of strokes & pressures points through the face, scalp and upper body increases circulation and lymphatic flow, essential oils and a decongesting facial steam work together to open your sinuses and release congestion & tension.

Hot Stone Massage

It is exfoliating, detoxifying, and reduces the appearance of cellulite. Along with its stress reducing capabilities dry brushing creates radiance with the skin and improves digestion.

Castor Oil Packs
Castor oil is a natural remedy that has been used for thousands of years. Castor oil increases circulation and promotes elimination. Among its anti inflammatory properties, this oil can be utilized to bring relief to arthritic joints, menstrual pain and irregularities, fibroids, cysts, strained joints and muscles. Castor oil can promote overall health. Selecting an organic oil is important as unclean products can have negative effects on a persons body and well being.
This service utilizes 100% cotton fabric soaked in castor oil, place onto area of body in need, wrap with plastic wrap, cover with heat source and a towel, allow to soak for 30 minutes. May remove heat and plastic and rub oil into skin. This is a great remedy to take into your home and daily practices.

Package of 4 Massage/Reflexology
The optimal recommendation for reflexology is to receive 1 session per week for 4 weeks and then adjusting accordingly. This jump starts the system breaking up congestion and increasing the circulatory and lymphatic systems to flush out that which in no longer needed. A general recommendation is to receive once every 3-6 weeks.
